My great-grandfather drove a stage coach through the Adirondacks in the late 1890s. Seventy years later Lavigne's Taxi was founded. Generations of quality service made Lavigne's Taxi what it is today.

Today our coaches are faster and more comfortable. We still believe in personal service and maintain late model luxury automobiles, some with televisions and video cassette players and/or DVD players.

Our drivers are professional and well informed to our region. We specialize in long trips (anywhere in the US and Canada) as well as providing a local taxi service in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York.

Many of our clients have discovered us to be a great traveling alternative. They never have to leave meetings early to make connections, or worry about weather and often find our rates and travel times to be comparable to flying.
